junior’s story
Delvery Jr. entered this world with a loud cry – he was everything his parents had hoped he would be. He was an amazing child with a humble spirit and a huge smile. At 4 yrs. old, he was diagnosed with Brain Cancer called Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG). He endured treatment from multiple facilities before arriving at St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Unfortunately, before treatment was to begin, Delvery Jr. would quietly exit this world at 5 yrs. old, leaving behind one last smile. That smile was full of love, a smile filled with joy, a smile with everlasting hope, and a dream left to fulfill.
